The payment is processed via a secure payment system.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Newsletter:<\/strong> your name and email address, when you sign up.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Website use:<\/strong> limited technical data via functional cookies (see point 7).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>3. Why, and on what grounds?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Responding to your enquiry \u2014 legitimate interest \/ acting at your request.<\/li>\n<li>Processing and confirming your donation \u2014 performance of the contract and compliance with legal (tax) obligations.<\/li>\n<li>Sending the newsletter \u2014 your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring the website functions properly and is secure \u2014 legitimate interest.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>4. Who do we share data with?<\/h2>\n<p>We never sell your data. We only use service providers who help us carry out our work (data processors): our payment service provider (for online donations), our website and technical partner (COMMAR, for management and hosting) and our email\/newsletter service. We enter into data processing agreements with these parties. We only disclose data to other third parties where we are required to do so by law.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Transfer outside the EU<\/h2>\n<p>We prefer to process your data within the European Economic Area (EEA). If data is processed outside the EEA, we will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, as required by the GDPR.<\/p>\n<h2>6. How long do we keep your data?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Contact messages: up to 2 years after resolution.<\/li>\n<li>Donation and financial data: 7 years (statutory retention period).<\/li>\n<li>Newsletter details: until you unsubscribe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>7. Cookies<\/h2>\n<p>Our website currently uses only functional and essential cookies, which are necessary for the site to work properly \u2014 for example, to save your language preference. No consent is required for this. We do not use tracking, analytics or marketing cookies, nor do we share data with advertising networks.
