Rozia Foundation

Hope for the Kurdish people.

We stand alongside the Kurds, in the name of Jesus Christ. We do this in three ways: we share the gospel in their own language, we stand alongside people in need and we stand up for Kurdish Christians.

About us

We believe in God’s restoring work in people’s lives.

Rozia Foundation is a Christian foundation with ANBI status (a Dutch public benefit organisation).

We want to show God’s love, share the gospel of Jesus Christ and relieve need in His name. That also means equipping Kurdish Christians, because they are the ones who can shine as lights in their own surroundings.

What we do

Faith made visible.

We do three things. They belong together, because we see the whole person.

01

Hope

The gospel in their own language. Through our platform Hiwa Bo Kurd and the Hiwa app, we share the hopeful message of Jesus Christ.

02

Help

Wherever there is need, regardless of background or faith. In early 2026, together with a local partner, we reached thousands of families with food, water and hygiene products.

03

Justice

Standing up for Kurdish Christians and their religious freedom, with briefing notes and input to the Dutch House of Representatives.

The Hiwa app

The gospel for Kurds, in their own language.

For many Kurds, walking into a church is not an obvious step. But they do have their phones. That is why we are building the Hiwa app, free and in Kurdish. The app is still in development.

Help

Alongside people in need.

In early 2026, together with a local partner, we distributed food, drinking water and hygiene products to displaced families in north-eastern Syria. We did so regardless of background or faith.

This emergency aid project has been completed. For us, practical help remains part of restoration.
